Our standard garden rooms are built to the sizes shown in the table below. Furthermore, the specification is extremely comprehensive; it includes everything that you need and want, to create a beautiful outdoor living space.

Our Standard Garden Room Specification
- The frame is built from 4 x 2 tanalised timber covered in 9mm OSB and breathable felt, lated and then clad.
- Fully insulated with multi foil insulation in the floor and ceiling.
- 100mm Fiberglass insulation to walls.
- 19mm Cedar cladding to front and 1 side.
- 14mm T and G tanalised panelling to the rear and one hidden side.
- EPDM Rubber roof with 20 year materials guarantee.
- Guttering to the rear and fall pipe.
- LED Downlights internal – number dependant on size of room.
- LED Downlights external in over hang – number dependant on size of room.
- 5 x double sockets.
- 1 x distribution board (fuse box).
- 1 x 2 gang light switch.
- Smart wall heater.
- SPC flooring – Stone polymer – Several colours available.
- Skirting.
- Plastered internal finish.
- Aluminium bifold door – Available in Anthracite, Black or White.
